Initially pursuing a degree in Accounting Information Systems at DeVry University, Lamont discovered his true calling after transitioning to a successful career in real estate. However, a life-changing accident in 2010 reshaped his path and inspired his mission to improve home health care services.

Driven by personal experiences and guided by faith, Lamont founded Agape Family Health Care Services Inc. in 2020 with a commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care that enhances the lives of clients and their families. His passion for excellence is reflected in the agency’s dedication to safety, dignity, and well-being.

Beyond his professional achievements, Lamont is a devoted father and mentor. He works with Brothers Making Moves, a nonprofit that empowers young men through education, mentorship, and skill development. A proud advocate for disability awareness, Lamont uses his platform to inspire others, proving that challenges can be a stepping stone to greatness.
